Beyond Balletone is designed to bring dance conditioning techniques directly to the non-dancer (and dancers too!). The workout is a non-intimidating ballet based strength and cardio combo that will leave you strong, stretched and centered without the use of straps, blocks, mats or even shoes! Begin with 4 Balletone patterns focusing on balance, power and muscular endurance; then experiment with 2 bonus sequences adding a cardio element to the workout. If you're up for a challenge, add the Allegro sequence where you will link all 6 patterns together for your "grand finale". All patterns are low impact, variable intensity and deceptively challenging while completely suited for all levels of exercisers.
