New choreography for SOLE SYNTHESIS classes as well as any other class where fitness, dance or yoga can be incorporated! Each sequence is labeled as Fitness, Dance/Ballet, or Yoga inspired. Learn the movement theme (what the piece is built around such as a squat or a reverse lunge), rehearse the sequence without music and then to the music. The choreography 'snippets' are designed to be used in combination by linking together a Fitness, Dance/Ballet, or Yoga clips of the same NUMBER because they follow the same theme. Alternatively, simply, find one snippet you like and integrate it into other classes you teach independently.
