Social Media, like it or not, is here to stay. The platforms may change, but to position yourself or your company ahead of the competition, you must find a way to interact with your customers and potential customers where they are already talking. We will just scratch the surface of this amazing new frontier by discussing who is there, what they are looking for, why this type of social behavior is becoming the new norm, and how people and products are benefiting from this shift in communication. The call will leave you feeling informed and inspired to get in on a new platform and/or re-evaluate how you are currently using facebook, Twitter and more.
